Pouring molding, also known as casting, involves pouring liquid silicone material into a mold at room temperature or using an oven for curing. This process is suitable for specialized applications like handcrafted items, prototypes, plaster molds, and sculpture molds. While it offers lower mold-making complexity and cost, pouring molding is time-consuming, less precise, and unsuitable for high-volume production.
